This documentary examines what it takes to align an entire corrections department around a shared vision, rebuild trust across every level of an organization, and move employees from burnout to genuine commitment. Through the leadership of former Missouri Department of Corrections Director Anne Precythe and her executive team, the film explores how Missouri prioritized its people, strengthened supervisors, challenged long-standing expectations, and made culture a shared responsibility.

Following the screening, Anne Precythe, Matt Sturm, and Travis Terry will participate in a panel discussion on leadership during times of change, strategic alignment, team buy-in, transforming challenges into opportunities, and creating lasting impact in corrections.
